Access Control AC150
The AC150 has a unique design that allows for easy reconfigurations of the cabinets if needed. The units footprint is 41 inches wide and 32 inches deep, so the unit is easy to place on your shopfloor, not much space at all is needed.
The drawer hardware comes in 2 different drawer depths and 3 different compartment sizes, see matrix for dimensions (next page). The unit is specifically designed to house your cutting tools, but we encourage our customers to store anything that is mission critical/high usage and high valued items in a Inventory Management system.

A software taylor made for machining workshops
Durable items such as calipers, or reground tools, can be returned to the cabinet. Within the software, you can choose to dispense first used or reground tools before giving out a new one. You may restrict the dispensing of measuring equipment if the equipment is due for recalibration.
The cabinet is used through the shop floor interface, an industrial grade touchscreen with optional bar code reader, mounted on top of the cabinet. Through the shop floor interface, you can choose the tool you need by scanning its barcode or simply entering its name. A color customized LED lights up the corresponding drawer and compartment to guide you towards your tool. All other drawers and compartments remain locked, so you can only pick what you said you wanted.
Access can be restricted thanks to a customizable cost allocation for each tool, to allow dispensing only to certain users, or for certain projects or machines.
Administrators can access it anytime, anywhere, from any device, thanks to the web-based admin portal. Here they can have an overview of their stock levels, view usage reports and manage the system remotely. What works best for your business.
